What they all said, and my mum was also 21 when I was born.
Happy birthday for a few days time. Hope you have something nice planned. And well done your Mum.
ooh - gorgeous photo - she's looking right thru me - lucky she looks so likeable.I was my Mum's 19th birthday pressie - it seems so wierd today.
Both very pretty, and clearly a great present to each other. Best wishes for lovely birthdays all round.
Gorgeous pic. Look at her beautiful arms. And I love the authenticity of the ragged, much-thumbed frame. Many happies to Duck and Mother Duck.
Happy birthday to both of you, Ducky!
I knew your brother, Jamie, and wanted to visit his grave last year in Canberra in August. I think about him a lot and wonder about him as we had our 20 year reunions last year. I see a lot of him in your Mother's photo.
Oh, please don't be anonymous! I wrote a post about Jamie last August, which hopefully you will read, if you're working through the blog. I'd love to know who you are. Email me off-line: ampersandduck[at]gmail.comPlease!
